SR9B - US1 to I-95

DESCRIPTION:
Provide the necessary roadway between US1 and I-95 to complete the link for SR 9B.

STATUS:
Current Activity: DESIGN PHASE: FDOT is at 60% design. Final design plans being developed.

Funding: FDOT has 100% of the funding for final design and right-of-way acquisition. Although the BJP-SPP Program allocates $15 million to this project, funding is not available to support that allocation. FDOT does not have funding for construction.

Schedule: FDOT schedule.

DBE/MBE
DBE participation will conform with FDOT policies.

SIGNIFICANT ISSUES:
Project includes a bridge on Phillips Highway and a railroad crossing. Total project funding is not programmed.
