JTA Road Improvements

Some projects are funded through local bond or federal funds. They are listed below.

A.C. Skinner Parkway Extension
(Belfort Road to Southside Blvd.)

Lenox/Normandy Blvd.

(Arlington Expressway to Regency Square Blvd. North)

Soutel Phase 1
(I-295 to New Kings Road)

Wonderwood Segment 3
(Monument Road to Whompi Drive)

Roadway Maintenance
JTA plans, designs and constructs roadway projects. However, JTA does not maintain any roadways following the construction.

Either the Florida Department of Transportation or the Public Works Department, City of Jacksonville will ultimately own the roadway that JTA builds and is responsible for on-going maintenance.
