Clark Road Access Improvement Project
SAFETEA-LU Funded
Status Report is for April 11, 2008
DESCRIPTION:
Improve access to the westerly end of Clark Road from I-95.
The project limits for this study consist of I-95 to the east;
Broward Road to the west and south; and Dunn Avenue to the North.
STATUS:
Current Activity: DESIGN PHASE: Design began
in the fourth quarter of 2007.
Funding: Federal SAFETEA-LU allocation of $3.88
million.
Schedule: Design is scheduled for completion
in the fourth quarter 2008.
DBE/MBE MBE participation will conform with
JTApolicy.
SIGNIFICANT ISSUES: Coordination with the
City of Jacksonville's Broward Road Widening Project.
